Antonio Cicchino

Dr. Anthony Cicchino is an educator and curriculum developer with ten years of experience leading process improvement initiatives and program evaluations. He enjoys collecting data and digging deep to produce stakeholder-oriented outcomes. In his free time, he likes to volunteer with local organizations, support mental health advocacy, and write.

Ariel Givens

Ariel is a business professional who enjoys filling a portion of her free time giving back to the communities where she lives and works.  Ariel has always had a passion for giving back starting with volunteering at local animal shelters in grade school and years later assisted in coaching a youth bowlers program.  Ariel met Jermaine Jones (CEO of Brothers Making A Difference, BMAD) at the bowling alley and quickly became great friends.  When he shared his vision for BMAD she was excited to get involved with such a great cause.  She has volunteered with BMAD for the past 10 years through donations of her time and administrative support.

Matt Falkenstein

I am a Building and Bridge Mechanic in the railroad industry.  Outside of that, I enjoy creating graphics, specifically logos, flyers, t-shirts, and banners.  I seek to create something that is eye-catching as well as functional.  In my spare time you can usually find me at the rock climbing gym.

Drew Grisham is passionate for investing in the future of others. He has volunteered with BMAD since 2015. Drew was blessed to have many people help shape him and believes it is important to pay it forward by dedicating his time to service to his fellow man. In his spare time you can find Drew on the golf course, taking a hike in nature, or reading a book.
