Brothers Making a Difference (BMAD) is a motivational vehicle that engages and empowers volunteers to change the world, one life at a time. BMAD’s mission is to provide participants with the tools, guidance, and follow-up to ensure the cultivation of energy, respect, passion, and consistency in personal and professional endeavors. Through these tools, BMAD’s vision enables participants to make a continuous difference in their communities through the consistent application and reflection of energy, respect, passion, and consistency in personal and professional endeavors.
BMAD’s intended outcomes are four-fold:
- Participants learn to make their setback their comeback
- Participants learn to never look down on someone unless they are picking them up
- Participants learn that there’s never any traffic on the extra mile
- Participants learn that consistency is key to success
